when you got like more than 30 pages document to compose
it is more appropriate and very easy
if you choose ms words rather than photoshop.
after you satisfied with your ms words
you have to convert it to pdf format
so that you don't have to adjust it later

so the best and simple pdf converter
is
ms words itself.
but make sure you already update your ms words
with the latest version.
which we used just now is 2010 version
then
choose the best printing spot.
it has to be affordable and high quality laser printer

then
tada
!
you now have an excellent report ready to be submitted
